Property Tax Appeal.Assessment Review
Homeowner Over-Assessment Review

Effective date: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Property Tax Appeal Report at taxappealreport.com and your purchase of the report we provide (independent property tax over-assessment reports for US homeowners). By using this site or buying a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

Property Tax Appeal Report sells a one-time informational report for $29. The report compiles and presents information for the property address you supply: an automated market value estimate, the assessed value on record, the estimated gap and annual overpayment, comparable sales, and general steps to file an appeal.

2. The report is an informational estimate, not professional advice

The report is provided for general informational purposes only. It is an estimate, not a professional service, and it is not, and must not be relied on as, legal, tax, financial, real-estate, or appraisal advice. It does not create any professional-client relationship. It is not a substitute for a licensed appraisal, advice from a qualified tax or legal professional, or the decision of an assessment review board, which makes its own independent determination. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you should consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on anything in the report.

3. No warranty

The report and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The market value figure is an automated valuation model estimate that can be wrong, and we draw on third-party and public data sources that may contain errors, gaps, or out-of-date figures. We do not warrant that the report is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any appeal outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Tax Appeal Report, its operators, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the report or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the report ($29).

5. Refunds

Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are provided for delivery failure, for example, if you paid but did not receive your report, or a meaningful report could not be generated for the address you supplied. If your report failed to arrive or cannot be produced, email hello@taxappealreport.com and we will re-deliver it or refund your purchase. If you believe a specific figure in your report is wrong, contact us; we will investigate and, where a delivery or generation fault is on our side, make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, republish, or redistribute the report as your own product; scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the site; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; or use the site or report for any unlawful purpose. The report is licensed to you for your own personal or internal use.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its text, and the report format are owned by Property Tax Appeal Report and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public data referenced in the report belongs to its respective sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report you purchase for your own purposes.

8. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Analytics are provided by Fathom Analytics. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, though we choose them with your privacy in mind (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which the operator of Property Tax Appeal Report is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the courts located there.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
